Thomas Family Reunion Guidelines

General Guidelines

·       The reunion will be for one full week. Thus lodging payments must be for one full week unless people are making their own arrangements

·       We will be using timeshares for our lodging. These timeshares will be 1, 2, 3, and/or 4 bedroom units with full kitchen, living room, etc.

·       You will be able to select what unit you want in the order that you pay your lodging fees in full

·       The lodging options will be identified starting in May 2008

·       You will be making payments to me (Henry Thomas) only for your lodging. All other fees (transportation, food, etc.) are your own responsibility

·       We will have a number of organized activities (games, potlucks, etc.) but you will also have time on your own.

Fee Guidelines

·       The following fee guidelines will apply:

Senior Adult                           $    0           Over 67

Adult                                      $300          Under 67

Student/Child*                       $  50+        $50 for 1st child, $100 for 2nd, $150 for each add'l

*Student/Child is anyone under 18 or a full-time college student under the age of 24.

If someone wants to rent a whole unit by themselves the cost will be as follows:

    2 Bedroom        $1000                    6

    3 Bedroom        $1300                    8
Note that you can not put more people in these units than allowed by the resort!

Payment Guidelines

·       A unit/room will not be reserved for you until you are paid in full

·       It is desired that all payments be made as soon as possible but no later than 28 February 2009

o      I will continue to accept payments after this date but your resort choices may be limited

o      Securing units in Daytona beach will be much more difficult than it was in Orlando so it is extremely important that you pay early!

·       I will set up a payment plan for those who wish to have this option

o      Please let me know soon if you want this option and how many people you will be paying for

o      Payments should start as soon as possible so you have enough time to make all the payments

·       Once a timeshare unit has been secured refunds will not be possible unless someone else comes forward to take your place
