Donna Marie Riley

Donna is a member of the Labrecque family. She was born in Rochester, New Hampshire, the 4th child of Albert and Pauline Labrecque, and was raised there for 10 years.  They moved to Center Barnstead, New Hampshire and she lived there until 18 years of age.  She then moved to Concord NH where at 19 years of age, she met the love of her life, David.  This was 1969. David had just been released from the Army reserve, and luckily had not been called up for the Vietnam War.

She was very sensitive but loved to read and would spend hours at the library finding books to bring home.  As a young child, Donna was a good student until she met some scary nuns!  Her siblings keeping her secret, she skipped school for many weeks until the truant officer gave her away to her parents. They finally enrolled her in public school, where she enjoyed school, until it was time to go to high school.  By then, the family had moved to Center Barnstead, and Donna had to attend Pittsfield high school, again, traumatized, she dropped out of school after only 6 months.

David was a godsend to Donna.  He built up her self-esteem so that she studied and obtained her GED.  They traveled, and he showed her worlds she only read about. When he decided to go back to school, she went back and eventually obtained six degrees to hang on her wall, the highest being a Masters in Business.

In 1995 Donna and Dave were still living in NH.  Dave hit some rough employment times, and Donna’s health had taken a bad turn so they decided to move to Arizona where they have purchased and renovated a small home. They still love to travel and are enjoying traveling the sites of Arizona.

If you are ever in the Scottsdale area, please contact Donna and Dave, and they will give you a local tour of the Scottsdale area!

 Donna’s email is Donna.Riley@cox.net.
