Two free-standing buildings of forty units each. The north building is set on the beach while the south building is set back with the pool area between it and the beach. All units have beach view but only the south building has a pool view. Pool view is nice for families with kids. A covered building by the pool has bathroom facilities but also has a large covered gas barbecue grill capable of handling four separate meals at once. Great for shade and protection from rains. In-house phone by grills for perfect meal coordination with the unit. Large pool and plenty of seating. New pool deck 8/96. Luscious tropical landscaping making for best atmosphere of any Marco timeshare. Free use of bikes, Hobie Cat sail boats, kayaks, and sailboards. Lighted tennis courts and putting green.
